Hi, I’m Jaclyn Dillard — a self-proclaimed “JACKie of all trades.”

I started my career in radio for six years before transitioning into design. Inspired by my sister, I studied multimedia design at New England Tech, and over the past 18+ years that creative foundation has led me into digital content management, content production, ecommerce, and creative operations across both digital and print.

Growing up, people always asked, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” For a long time, I thought I needed one clear answer. Turns out, I don’t. I’ve learned that it’s okay to evolve, try new things, and wear a lot of different hats.

 

So what do I want to be?
